Julianne is a 2010 Hanse 545, one of the few examples of the model on the market with in-mast furling. She has been cleaned out and is ready to go. An ex-Hanse factory show yacht, she has been in single private ownership since 2015 and is offered EU VAT paid. She is designed by Judel/Vrolijk and built in Germany.
The Hanse Easy Sailing package (in-mast furling mainsail, self-tacking jib and electric winches) makes her straightforward to handle for a couple. She has a Yanmar 110hp engine with 1,031 hours and a Fischer Panda generator with approximately 400 hours. Below are three double cabins, two heads with separate shower stalls, air conditioning, and a washer-dryer. She has been lightly cruised and professionally maintained, and has just been refreshed: the interior is cleaned out, new batteries are fitted, minor repairs are complete, the aluminium cockpit window frames are repainted, and the decks are clean with the full winter cover on.

BROKER’S REMARKS
Julianne is clean, presents well and is ready to go. She has been carefully looked after by a single private owner, with a comprehensive annual winter maintenance schedule and full maintenance records aboard. The in-mast furling, self-tacking jib and electric winches suit a couple, and the twin helm stations and sociable cockpit make her comfortable to sail short-handed.
The interior is bright and well laid out for extended cruising. The forward owner’s cabin has a centreline island berth and en-suite, two aft double cabins share the aft heads, and a long galley and dedicated navigation station complete the accommodation. Three air conditioning units and a washer-dryer make longer stays aboard straightforward.
Her engine and generator hours are low for her age. Together with the North Sails wardrobe (2016), the recent maintenance and the fresh batteries, she is suited to a buyer who wants a capable German-built cruiser for Mediterranean seasons and extended passages. Early viewing is recommended.
